About Our Client

Our client is an international company based in Geneva center.

Job Description

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all payrolls.
  • Organize and structure payroll data processing.
  • Manage payroll deadlines and monthly tasks efficiently.
  • Handle all post-payroll activities.
  • Address payroll queries and resolve or escalate them as needed.
  • Keep payroll procedures up to date and develop new procedures when required.
  • Support payroll and HR Operations-related project activities.
  • Assist with reporting and audit queries.
  • Maintain payroll security and confidentiality.
  • Foster strong cross-functional team relationships.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors to ensure excellent service delivery and compliance across all countries.
  • Identify and implement system and process improvements to ensure seamless integration between HR, Payroll, and Finance.

  • Proven experience in payroll administration within an outsourced environment.
  • Strong vendor management experience.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws in Switzerland and other European countries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
