Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document management, data entry, and scheduling
  • Assist with recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee record maintenance
  • Support payroll preparation and coordination with external providers
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss labor regulations and internal policies
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in HR administration or a similar support role
  • Familiarity with Swiss labor law and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Discretion, reliability, and a proactive attitude
  • Fluency in French and excellent command of English needed
