The Project Coordinator will be responsible for following up on project progress, coordinating with various internal stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication and data gathering. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment. You will sit into the HSE and Security department.

Job Description

  • Project Follow-Up: Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between different internal stakeholders, including team members, managers, and other departments.
  • Data Gathering: Collect, analyze, and report project-related data to support decision-making processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data gathering and analysis tools.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • English, French and Italian are a must.



Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management software and tools.
