Stellenbeschreibung



  • Act as strategic partner to Therapeutic Areas (TAs), marketers, and medical leads to drive digital transformation and personalized customer engagement


  • Localize and implement global digital and commercial excellence platforms in the Swiss market


  • Lead cross-brand digital engagement including channel orchestration, content strategy, email marketing, SEO/SEA, and social media


  • Identify digital trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs to shape forward-thinking engagement strategies


  • Drive best practice sharing and contribute to a high-performing digital culture across the organization


  • Lead and manage a digital team, ensuring alignment with business priorities and team development

Anforderungsprofil



  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Digital or related field


  • Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in digital or omnichannel marketing, ideally within healthcare or related industries


  • Fluent in English; German or French is a plus


  • Proven track record in driving successful omnichannel engagement strategies


  • Strong expertise in digital trends, platforms, and performance optimization


  • Agile mindset, high resilience, and strong change management skills


  • Experience working in complex matrix environments
