With a strong focus on continuous improvement and technological excellence, they are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in semiconductor manufacturing and product innovation.Job DescriptionSupervise and develop the Yield Engineering and Process Integration team, ensuring skill enhancement and operational excellence.Lead the industrialization of new technologies and product introductions, from qualification to mass production.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on product yield, defect density analysis, and reliability enhancement.Own and oversee Process Control activities, including parametric and reliability testing, ensuring fab electrical monitoring and capability improvements.Act as a key decision-maker in process change review boards and material review boards.Collaborate with Operations Teams, Process Development, Business Units, and Technical Services to optimize manufacturing processes.Define and execute departmental priorities aligned with the overall manufacturing strategy.Manage relationships with internal and external foundries and benchmark against industry best practices.The Successful ApplicantTechnical Knowledge & Standards RequiredYield Engineering & Analysis: Defect density analysis, yield modeling, root cause analysis.Process Integration & IC Fabrication: Lithography, etching, deposition, metrology.Process Control & Data Analysis: SPC, DOE, FMEA, Six Sigma, JMP/Minitab.Automotive IC Manufacturing (if applicable): AEC-Q100, IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP.Reliability Testing & Failure Analysis: HTOL, HAST, burn-in testing, wafer-level reliability.Foundry & Fab Operations: Experience working with external foundries (TSMC, GlobalFoundries, etc.).Candidate ProfileMinimum of 10 years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.Strong background in Product Yield Engineering and Continuous Technology Improvement.Proven expertise in process integration and IC manufacturing processes.Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on performance management and team development.Experience in new product introduction, including layout review and design rule evaluations.Strong organizational skills and experience in KPI management, process optimization, and cultural transformation within an organization.Ability to develop systemic solutions to achieve strategic goals.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Solid project management expertise and ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.Deep knowledge of automotive IC manufacturing processes and quality standards.Proficiency in statistical analysis, data-driven decision-making, and risk assessment methodologies.Education & QualificationsEngineering degree in Microelectronics or equivalent.Leadership/Management training or certification is an advantage.What's on Offer-Quote job refJN-032025-6688833Job summaryJob FunctionEngineering & ManufacturingSpecialisationEngineering Design and R&DIndustryIndustrial / ManufacturingLocationNeuchâtelContract TypePermanentJob ReferenceJN-032025-6688833
