This position requires a strong focus on providing an excellent level of customer service, as the Analyst will handle requests from all European offices, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of IT issues. The Analyst will take ownership of these issues, demonstrating a commitment to resolving them thoroughly and efficiently. The IT Support Analyst for Europe will report to the European Service Delivery Manager.

As a Production Support Engineer, you will be the eyes and ears of our IT systems, playing a critical role in ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of infrastructure, applications, and operational processes.

Reporting to the Head of Monitoring, your mission is to anticipate issues-such as batch delays or filesystem problems-and take swift action to maintain system continuity across environments (SIMULATION, UAT, PRODUCTION)

• Assurer le support utilisateur de niveau 1 et 2

• En charge de la partie support niveau 1 & 2

• Un profil IT junior bilingue FR/DE, motivé, curieux et prêt à apprendre,

• Gérer, sécuriser et faire évoluer l'infrastructure réseau
• Maintien opérationnel et support IT.
