Our client, a family office and industrial company, is looking for a dedicated and organized Assistant to join their team for 3 mornings a week over the next 18 months starting next July. We can accept the applications of Freelance Assistants or Assistants on our payroll.

Job Description

As a Part-Time Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the team.
  • Managing schedules and appointments.
  • Handling correspondence and communication.
  • Assisting with various tasks and projects as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in English and French.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
