We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support two Presidents for a 6-month assignment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills in English are a must.

Job Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to two Presidents, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Assist with event planning and execution.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Perfect written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
